María del Pilar Arias

María is the Coordinator of the Committee of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science of the Latin American Society of Pediatric Intensive Care (SLACIP) and Consultor of the Management, Quality and Data Committee of the Argentine Society of Intensive Care Medicine (SATI).

She has a Master's Degree in Clinical Effectiveness from the University of Buenos Aires, IECS and a Master's in Data Science and Knowledge Management of University Australia.

She is an attending physician at the PICU of the Children´s Hospital Ricardo Gutierrez (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Coordinator of the Quality Benchmarking Program SATI-Q. Her area of expertise and research is prediction models for Quality Benchmarking in intensive care.
