David Harrison

David is Co-Director of the Intensive Care National Audit & Research Centre (ICNARC) and Honorary Professor of Medical Statistics at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

ICNARC is an independent, not-for-profit, scientific organization that seeks to facilitate improvements in the structure, process, outcomes, and experiences of critical care for patients and for those who care for them. ICNARC manages a broad program of clinical audit and clinical and health services research, both nationally and internationally. David joined ICNARC in 2002 following his PhD in biostatistics from the University of Cambridge progressing to Head Statistician before being appointed Co-Director in 2023.
